What is a Tough Skills Camp pass?
A Tough Skills Camp pass enables you to attend up to four of our Tough Skills Camp workshops within a 3 month period. Our Camp consists of a series of four workshops, all focused on a different business skillset:

What is a workshop?
A workshop is a set of learning exercises focused on a specific set of skills. It contains optimized learning content and a camp. For example, the module “Owning the Room” consists of several skills that are critical to effective facilitation, such as asking good questions and managing expectations. Participants will learn about these skills through video content and subsequently put these skills to practice with our experts and amongst peers who are attending the same camp.
What is a camp?
A camp is an interactive session that is facilitated by Camp4’s expert instructors and designed to enhance and enrich your Tough Skills through collaborative exercises and live practice. Camps are professional yet casual and authentic, with opportunities to network and socialize.
What does my pass allow me to do?
Your pass enables you to attend up to four of our Tough Skills Camp workshops within a 3 month period. During that time period, you can choose to access all four workshops within the Tough Skills series or access specific workshops up to four times.
How do I attend a workshop?
The first step is to register, which you will do using a form provided to you after you purchase your pass. Simply indicate the workshops and dates you intend to participate in. Camp4 will send email reminders leading up to the workshop date so you don’t miss a chance to attend, practice, collaborate, and network.
How do I keep track of what’s left on my pass?
Camp4 will send an email throughout the duration of your pass to help you keep track of how many workshops you’ve already attended and how many you have left. Each time you attend a workshop for which you’ve registered, we decrement one workshop from your total of four. If it turns out you have to reschedule to a different date than the one you registered for, no worries: we cover that here.
How does the workshop schedule work?
Workshops run weekly on Tuesdays. Each workshop lasts for 1.5 hours and runs from 11:30 am - 1 pm ET.
What happens if my schedule prevents me from attending all four workshops that I signed up for within the three-month period?
No problem! Notify us in writing with at least two weeks’ notice before the registered workshop date and a Camp4 representative will contact you to arrange a one-time extension of your pass so that you can complete all intended workshops. The extension grants you access to as many workshops are left on your pass that you weren’t able to complete, with all the same rules around scheduling and cancellation applied.
What happens if I need to cancel my registration for a workshop?
Enter: the beauty of the pass. Since your pass entitles you to three months’ worth of access to our Tough Skills Camp, you can simply sign up for the next workshop that you missed with two steps: 1) cancel your registration up to two weeks prior to the workshop’s date, then 2) register for a different workshop once you determine what best suits your schedule. Please note that registration cannot be canceled within two weeks of a workshop date, so your pass access will be decremented from four available workshops to three, etc.
What happens if my workshop gets rescheduled?
There aren’t many events that would keep us from running our Tough Skills Camp workshops, but not having enough participants show up is one of them. Since mastering skills requires good practice, and good practice requires a minimum of 6 people, we may elect to reschedule workshops to the benefit of all participants. If a workshop needs to be rescheduled, Camp4 will be in direct contact to arrange a new time that works for everybody. Alternatively, you can choose to wait until the workshop runs again in the following month.
What happens if I can’t make the newly rescheduled workshop?
If we’ve exhausted all rescheduling options offered by the pass and through direct coordination, we will give you a refund of the workshop missed, less an 8% service fee (which amounts to a $230 refund).
What happens if I need to cancel my pass completely after I purchase it?
We understand that life happens and sometimes, you just can’t make it work. If you decide you can’t commit to the schedule, notify us in writing within a week of your purchase, and a Camp4 representative will be in direct contact with you to explore other options. If no alternatives are possible, we will refund your payment to you, less an 8% service fee (which amounts to a $920 refund).
What if I want to share what I’ve learned with my colleagues and friends, or maybe even teach them Tough Skills myself?
While imitation is the highest form of flattery, all content and collateral provided to and for you during each workshop is proprietary material. Tough Skills Camp is somewhat like going to actual camp itself, with a few differences: Take nothing but experiences, leave nothing but impressions.
How will Camp4 use my information?
By registering for our Tough Skills Camp, you are consenting to having anonymized feedback used in our marketing efforts. Feedback includes (but is not limited to): comments sent to everyone within a workshop Zoom chat, pre- and post-survey comments, or LinkedIn posts about your experience, etc. Additionally, you give your consent to Camp4 to send relevant email communications regarding your registration, workshop schedules, prep material, etc., during and after your pass expires. Camp4 may occasionally send marketing emails regarding future camps, offerings, services, etc. after registration, with the ability to opt-out. Participants who make a strong impression may also be contacted by Camp4 to optionally join our advisor network.
