Camp4’s approach was born out of necessity.
As early pioneers of Salesforce consulting, we understood that Salesforce’s pace of growth demanded we develop our own talent. We simply couldn’t recruit our way to success. What we came to realize and the reason we started Camp4, was that helping people build their skills and experiences, ended up building careers and changing lives. We were hooked.
Salesforce and its ecosystem are expected to create 9.3 million jobs worldwide, while the global skills gap continues to grow.
What companies really need from the talent pipeline is more than just a certification, though. Camp4 is committed to closing the skills gap with a dual approach covering both cutting-edge technology and how to leverage it in the real-world to engage with clients.
Our focus on soft Tough Skills — the least commonly taught and the most difficult to master — sets us apart from conventional Salesforce professional development programs.
Camp4 is a proud member of the Salesforce Talent Alliance.
Salesforce Talent Alliance works with a variety of workforce development programs across the globe that are committed to training Salesforce talent from communities that are underrepresented in tech.
Camp4 is a Salesforce Authorized Training Provider
Authorized Training Providers deliver the same learning experiences as Salesforce does, in-person and virtually, around the world.
