Speaking with impact takes practice, focus, and even more practice. Powerful speakers are easy to spot but the skills necessary for being a powerful speaker are hard to master. In this Camp, we’ll practice some of the key skills that help you stand out in your work -- from eliminating filler words, to breathing life into data through stories, and delivering a powerful introduction.

Owning the Room in this line of work, owning the room (or the Zoom) is a necessary skill. Managing RelationshipsIf you think implementing Salesforce is complex, try having a productive conversation with an upset person with no plan and no techniques for getting the conversation on track. Yikes. The relationships we foster with our customers and teammates are at the core of what we do, so it’s important to practice some of the skills that will lead to better conversations, less hurt feelings, and more productive meetings.
